Annette Andreassen

Annette H. Andreassen is an associate based in Wikborg' Rein's Oslo office.  She is part of the Bank and Financing group. Andreassens's work involves advising Norwegian and international clients in connection with financings and restructurings. Before joining Wikborg Rein, Andreassen worked with the Project Finance Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in their New York office. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2004 and as an English solicitor in 2008.
