Tormod Ludvik Nilsen

Tormod L. Nilsen is an associate in Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and a part of the firm's Real Estate and Construction group. Further, he has worked with sale and management related question, particular within property, construction and building. Nilsen works primarily with contract, construction and company law related to Real Estate, including due diligence and structuring of Real Estate. Nilsen has previously worked five years at the Department of Defense with larger acquisitions, contract law, and national and international negotiations.
