Duncan McGregor

Duncan McGregor is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's London Office. Duncan has experience of Maritime Law as well as Professional Negligence and Health and Safety Law. With regards Maritime Law Duncan has experience of handling charterparty disputes, laytime and demurrage disputes and off-hire claims. Duncan has assisted on disputes arising from speed and consumption claims, seaworthiness of vessels and safe port/berth warranties.

Duncan undertook his training contract in the London and Athens offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, a top 40 UK Law Firm.
