Sigurd Opedal

Sigurd Opedal is a partner in Wikborg Rein, where he is working with the firm's Corporate group.

Opedal works primarily with M&A, private equity transactions and fund formation, restructuring and equity capital markets.

Opedal graduated from the University of Oslo. In addition to his law degree, he holds a business degree from BI. Opedal is recommended by Chambers and Partners as "Leaders in their field" in the category Corporate M&A, in Legal 500 in the category Corporate M&A and in PLC for private equity (buy outs and fund formation).
