John A. Rein

John A. Rein is a partner in the Oslo office and specializes in M&A work. He was head of Wikborg Rein's Corporate department 2000-2004. Prior to joining the firm in 1981 he spent two years with Conoco in London working with oil and gas acquisitions. John has experience of a wide range of commercial and corporate finance transactions, including public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic investments, private equity deals, refinancings and restructurings. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court Bar.
