Erik Leganger
Erik Leganger is a senior associate based in Wikborg Rein's Bergen office. Educated in Oslo, he is a member of Wikborg Rein's corporate department. He advises businesses within various industries, primarily with restructuring, M&As and stock exchange listing, including due diligence administration. He has experience with dispute resolution, both as a lawyer and as a deputy judge. In addition to Norwegian and English, he has knowledge of the French and Russian languages.
